On your right, is a basic diagram of my setup. From my guitar, I go through a VOX Wah, I go into a Roland GP-100 with a CAP1D Acoustic Preamp in the effects loop(which allows me to ulitlize the piezo system of my Brian Moore). The Roland runs into the the power amp (FX RETURN) of the Marshall. Controlling the patches and parameters of the Roland (more on this later) is an ART X15 MIDI Controller ('cause I Like to use gear with my name on it). Last in the chain is a Heil Talkbox between the DSL and the Boogie. That's pretty much it, with very little variance. For smaller clubs, I'll use the Deluxe Reverb, or, a '69 Fender Showman head with a Fender 1x12. Isn't it hideous that I use digital. I thought I was an analog guy????
